Auto Italia 2015 - Abarth FIAT old and new
Abarth was founded in 1949 and made racing cars and engines, and evolved to become a brand name used largely by FIAT (who bought the company in 1971) to provide sporty editions of its cars - such as the latest hot FIAT 500C. Just as the FIAT 500 and 600 series have been reintroduced, so have the 'hot' versions, also strongly modelled on the original FIAT Abarth 595 and 695.
Both the old and new hot FIAT Abarth's cars were on display at Auto Italia 2015.
